DCCF Anniversary Gala 2011 On November 12, 2011, approximately 300 people helped celebrate the DCCF annual Anniversary Gala where Marla Green DiDio was honored with the 2011 Gary Papa Leadership in Philanthropy Award. We are pleased to announce the event raised nearly $200,000. Gala proceeds will benefit our Delaware County area through our exciting and newly launched "Hope for Children Fund" and the Gary Papa Memorial Fund as well as providing support for the general operations and services of the Foundation. The mission of the Hope for Children Fund is to assist children in Delaware County who have been neglected, abused or abandoned. We will be awarding grants from this fund next year to provide assistance to these children. We want to make a difference in the quality of life for our residents.
